This corset was made by Belinda for Keira Knightley for the film Anna Karenina, a recent production directed by Joe Wright.
It follows traditional fastenings with a spoon busk in the front but with contemporary cut side seams.
The corset is made in a double layer of dyed linen, stitched together in blood red cross hatching, with hand embroidered eyelets and bound seams.
The saffron yellow depicts the height of her madness when she commits suicide.
