The National Film Awards

Words can’t really describe the delight when I realised I was sitting on the same table as Sameena Jabeen Ahmed, Amma Asante and Gemma Jones at the National film awards with Chloe jasmine and her beautiful mom Denise. An eye opener to the British film industry.

So many categories and all British winners! Personally I was routing for pride having screened it earlier in the week. A hard hitting story depicting the unnatural collaboration of gays and lesbians supporting the miners in the 70’s. Bookmark the link so you can vote for next year’s British films.
