Corsetry update

With a proud 25 years under my belt of producing corsets; sampling, production and

the Gold label for Vivienne Westwood I feel I have earned my stripes as couturier corsetiere.

But I developed the fear and had kind of given up trying to advertise my corsetry skills because the market was flooded with cheap ‘ready to wear’ corsets form China.

So I made a decision to diversify to mastering the art of cutting & draping on the stand and became a bridal wear designer.

Not overnight I may add.

However, I still have a passion for making corsets and thoroughly enjoyed including a few pieces on the catwalk this season.
